Benson is the founder and President of InSite Realty Group. He has worked in the real estate industry for the past 14 years for several real estate and development companies in varying capacities. He has experience in office, retail and residential project types. His responsibilities have also included land acquisition, market research, site selection for both regional and national tenants, pre-development and entitlement work, construction management, sales, leasing and tenant relations. Benson holds real estate licenses in the states of Oregon and California. He is also a member of Urban Land Institute and a CCIM candidate.

Jonathan Tsai: Sales and Leasing Associate

Born in New York City, Jonathan has found his home in Los Angeles for the last 20 years. A graduate of the University of Southern California, he holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations with a business minor. Jonathan started in real estate by negotiating cell site leases on behalf of AT&T Wireless. He then moved on to increase his knowledge and training by joining Grubb & Ellis. Jonathan worked for Grubb & Ellis from 2001-2003. Prior to joining InSite Realty, Jonathan was an integral part of a real estate syndication company in West Covina.

L. Cordell McCarrey: Broker of Record & Legal Counsel

Mr. McCarrey is the General Counsel and Broker of Record for InSite Realty Group. Mr. McCarrey has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Weber State University and a Juris Doctorate from Brigham Young University. He has been a member of the California State Bar Association since 1981. For more than sixteen years, Cordell was an attorney with the real estate finance and real development group of the Weyerhaeuser Company, serving for more than ten of these as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary for Weyerhaeuser Financial Services.
